Danae
As the storm wakes up the sea,
Shining sun put out his light,
And when the darkness comes to me,
Throw me into the boundless night.
O my baby, how can you sleep in the lullaby
With your breath sweet and lovely body warm,
Without hearing the poor mother's helpless cry?
A God gave her a gift full of tears and thunder boom
They deported me from my beloved house,
My grassland and my sun, and my father's knee.
From none can I warm this broken heart and get comforts
Except you, my child, they only leave you for me.
Turn your face to me and you smile,
And you always being mine on this sad sail
