Hi! This is my first fanfic ever! I'm going to be somewhat twisting the truth in this tale so be warned if it sounds a little weird. Plus, this is going to be a Hsi Wu/Jade romance in the future. Oh yeah, and I do not own Jackie Chan Adventures.
Chapter 1: Abandonment
He hadn't always been the sky demon. He used to be Seymour: a regular human kid who was slightly on the cool side until one day he woke up with a bite mark on his neck.
He got out of bed and looked into the mirror which promptly shattered. But right before the mirror cracked and fell, Seymour saw his reflection.
It was hideous. Maybe even more. His skin had turned a pale, dull grey and his body features looked more monstrous than ever before. His eyes were a bright piercing red: the kind of shade that blood is when it first starts leaking. The wings that protruded from his back were a gross yellow color. Three sharp spikes had appeared on his forehead. To cut it short, he looked like a monster.
Right at that moment, Seymour's mom ambled into his room. She started to open the curtains when she saw him with his contorted body. His mom opened her mouth and screamed: an intense frightened shriek so loud that it should have broken many windows. It sent his dad running toward the noise. Together, both his parents threw him out of the window despite his protests. They simply didn't believe that he could possibly be their beloved son.
