Poems to Ponder

Just a couple of poems that I wrote that I thought fit the series really well. It can really be any of the characters but I lean towards thinking of them in the HeeroxRelena range.

2. Emotions

EMOTIONS YOU WON'T ACCEPT

You seemed indifferent,

But I knew better.

The worldly person I always saw,

Was just hiding behind an emotionless façade.

You had feelings,

They were just pushed deep,

Locked away in the prison of your mind.

What troubles me though,

Is that you didn't try to free them.

It was almost as if you didn't care,

It was like you didn't want them.

But what you didn't know,

Is that you need them.

That you're whole heart and soul

Need emotions to survive.

Without them,

You are just a lifeless person living inside a breathing body.

You are just a corpse inside a beating heart.
