Poem- Our Guardian
somthing a wrote up a while ago, which I'm proud of... I'm not much of a big poet but I have my moments

Our Guardian
A stunning jewel engulfed in light
Will encouraged this brave guardian to fight
To death he shall stand
No weapon within his hand
Night and day this guardian will wait
For all who trespass shall meet their fate
In an ancient tribal shrine
This warrior will stay for all his time
Watching life pass him by
On an island in the sky
He has his duty, honour and courage
Unfazed by hatred, anger and rage
With a hedgehog taking all the glory
Our guardian is forgotten along with 'his' story
The unknown hero will return home
No one would know and he'll be alone
Sacrificing his freedom to save us all
Yet he will stand strong and tall
