OK, here's a Fable drabble (is that how you spell it?) about the Beardy Baldy. I don't know if you've seen him, but he makes the Hero get all these ridiculous haircuts in order to meet his daughter. Anyway, hilarity ensues. He lives in Bowerstone (is it Slums?) and you only see him there. Anyway, enough of my ramblings. Read on! And review.
The True Story Behind the Beardy Baldy
Hero walked up to the ugly bald man for the last time, his ridiculous hairstyles making him look like a beaver with a funny mustache.
"OK," he said, "I got the funny mustache. Now can I meet your daughter?"
"Uh, what?" asked the Beardy Baldy, or Sir Baldy as Hero liked to call him.
"Your daughter," said Hero. "The one who has bad taste in hairstyles."
"Oh, her," said Sir Baldy. "Uh, about that."
"What?" asked Hero.
"She doesn't exist," said Sir Baldy.
"WHAT?" asked Hero angrily.
"I don't really have a daughter, I just like knocking heroes off their high horses by making them look stupid."
Hero just stood their stunned for a moment, letting the words sink in. Then, he drew his katana from his back.
"What are you doing?" asked Sir Baldy quickly.
"Bet you didn't see this coming, did you?" asked Hero, pure rage in his eyes.
He drove the sword down onto Sir Baldy's arm, slicing it off. Sir Baldy tried to run, but Hero threw a fireball at him, and he fell over. He then proceeded to stab and cast magic on Sir Baldy until he looked like a pot roast or something. Then he went to Bowerstone's hairdresser and told her it was a pot roast and that he'd give it to her in exchange for shaving his beard and mustache and giving him some kind of cool hairstyle. Then he paid her (with Sir Baldy's roasted carcus) and went on to quest and stuff.
The hairdresser and her family ate well that night...
Wow, that was sadistic and horrible. Anyway, review please! And tell me if there's anything else you'd like for me to write a comedy drabble (I don't know if that's how you spell it) about. I wrote that in about fifteen minutes, so forgive me if it's awful. I like it though. Whatever. REVIEW!
