He was always working hard when it came to his research
Many times it was well into the pale light of the coming dawn. Those times he would stumble into the kitchen to make breakfast with the limited amount of supplies they could afford in these times while starring absently into the sky outside the window. Many people would have attributed the hazy almost not there look as the effects of little to no sleep.
That wasn't the case though. Alfons' mind was faraway in his waking dreams. Dreams that he was actually trying to make real.
