It's taken me a while to get reviews... i wonder if that means something... or if I shoud just be patient. Anyway here's chapter 1

I don't know when the box started opening, but I guess it would have started after Daniel ascended... I never would have allowed myself to get so damn close to a civillian after... well... after Charlie's death. And it was afterwards that I met that geeky scientist thatI now considered my family, my unofficially adopted son. I mean come on the guy needed a guardian.. Daniel, don't touch that, Daniel get over here, Daniel what did they ask you... and you answered? Geez can't the guy just listen for once? Anyway I never wanted to getthat close to anyone again. I never wanted him to go. I thought I had lost him once on P4x-595(Amonaya). That was like loosing Charlie again... So that is when the box was found and hidden again. And then I almost lost her and the box wasn't to be seen for almost 7 years.
