This is my first poem fanfic so I hope you like it.
CHARACTER DEATH
ForeverMoonlight played across her form
Still as the leaves below
Liquid red crept unbidden from the slash across her torso
Murdered in cold blood
Aye that was she,
Lost forever away from her lover
In an unknown place at an unknown time
Angels gathered there
Coming luminescent and golden through the trees.
They sang her a song of sweetest sorrow,
As she drifted along with a halo of her own.
As the guilty one ran all thoughts gone for he had killed the one he loved
All but for the reason that she had loved another,
Her partner.
Fear gripped him as the just deserts he would undoubtedly receive from her Navy man came unbidden, unwanted, and unwavering to his mind.
The Navy man awoke with a start
Life was not as it should be.
His life force was gone, forever.
Pain gripped him as icy cold waves of fear rolled over him.
That night he left his home by Union Station and wandered until he found his life force,
Dead.
This time he was too late to save her.
His hand smoothed her brunette hair as he gathered her into the circle of his arms.
That was were she had always belonged,
And that was were he wanted her to stay
Forever
