Hey, I just got back from a date with my boyfriend and felt sentitmental. THIS IS DEDICATED TO ALL THE ARTYJULIET SHIPPERS OUT THERE!
Finally Together:
Juliet walked down the aisle, her pearl white weeding gown almost glowing in the holy light emanating around the alter. She could not see very well behind the lace of her veil, but she found her footing well enough. It had been her dream to have a spring wedding, and now it was coming true. Artemis was standing beside the priest, smiling in his smart black tuxedo. Jules smiled back and brushed a strand of blond hair out of her eyes. As she did, the diamond on her left ring-finger glinted in the sun's rays.
"I love you!" Arty mouthed.
"I love you too, my darling!" Jules sighed in her pleasant emotion. She fingered her grandmothers silver necklace as she listened to the priest. The stain-glass windows really are beautiful today! She thought to herself, smiling all the while at Arty. Finally it was time for their part.
"Artemis Fowl, do you take Juliet Butler to be your lawfully wedded wife? In sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer to love and to hold, till death do you part?"
"I do." He said confidently. The priest repeated the question for me. She let him linger on his last word, thinking of the drama that she and Arty had had to come through to get to that point. His mother had been the biggest issue, but once they had created a truce things had smoothed out. She looked at the ice swans that had been ordered as horses. Oh, well. Finally she thought of her unwavering love for him, Artemis Fowl, and she smiled ear to ear.
"I do!" Everyone breathed a sigh of relief and she realized how long she had taken to answer. She started to laugh, which started a chain reaction, and soon the entire cathedral was in hysterics. Artemis and Juliet kissed, long and hard and full of passion. They were in their special place, oblivious to anyone except each other, and bubbling over with love.
REVIEW, DARLINGS!
