Quick one shot cause my brother wants the computer. This is just a little Clip from Sam's POV when Alisa turns up on his doorstep…short and sweet and a little bit Angsty.

Disclaimer: don't own, don't sue.

Yawn. Morning Astrophy, morning Mandu. What are you two so bothered about huh? Oh shush, its not like anything out of the ordinary is going to happen today. Nothing unusual ever really happens, usual for me is too weird. Oh shush will you, I'm getting you your breakfast. I moved over to the kitchen and started putting their breakfast into their bowls. I loved my cats so much but sometimes they just made a bit too much noise. At least first thing in the morning anyway, because whatever I might look like I'm not exactly a morning person. More meowing from the cats, but this time it sounded a bit more like they had a reason for it. yea, that was it. Seconds later I heard the doorbell ring.

"Hello."

"Hi, Sam? I'm Alisa Soto." I nearly collapsed with the shock. She looked so much like her mother, I honestly thought I was looking at a ghost.

"Sarah…" I breathed, but thankfully she didn't hear me. for it could have been Sarah, so easily. They were the same height, and had the same eyes. Only the hair colour was different, but that minor difference could be forgotten about.

"Err, I hope you don't mind me being here like this." She spoke again, but I didn't, I honestly didn't. it was just a shock, to have someone who looked so much like my sister standing on my doorstep.

"Come on, come in and make yourself at home." I gestured her into the room, still not able to believe that she was here. she went into the sitting room and I headed into the kitchen for a few seconds, just to get my head around things. this couldn't be happening, it just couldn't. Sarah had a daughter, I knew that, but she wasn't supposed to come into my life. Sarah was dead and so were all my memories of her, or so I liked to believe. Liked to believe is about as far as it got though. I stared thoughtfully at the picture on the fridge, before letting a tear slide down my cheek and taking it down. a picture of Sarah had always been there to remind me of what I had lost, but now I had her daughter, and that might not have been my sister but it was the next best thing.

so, what did you think? I know, it's tiny and crappy, and I could have made it longer but to be perfectly honest I didn't want to. I wanted it to be short because sometimes short gets the picture across better. So please review…and I'll try my hardest to either get back to you personally or review one of your stories.
