PALPATINE: Takes charge of the situation. He purposely ignores SABE's comment about the Sith. Obi-Wan slew him; he slew Jar Jar. Who now owes the price of a dear friend's blood?
MACE WINDU: Not Obi-Wan, Supreme Chancellor. He was Jar Jar's friend; his fault concludes but what the law should end; the life of Captain Panaka.
PALPATINE: And for that offense immediately we do exile him from Naboo. Holds up an open palm. I will be deaf to pleading and excuses. Waits till he has everyone's attention, then makes his decree. Let Obi-Wan Kenobi leave in haste, else, when he is found on Naboo, that hour is his last.
