Home and Away
Forever and Always
A/N: Hey all! How are we! I know I haven't written anything for a while coz I've been too obsessed with "Lost", My site, the forums, Icon Making, My LJ everything! This is just a little one-off to help get me back into writing. Hayley/Noah one-shot.
Enjoy!
Hayley lay in her bed. She couldn't move. She listened out, and downstairs heard Dani and Scott discussing something or someone...herself. Hayley knew that they were worried about her. But there was no need to be. She would cope, maybe...hopefully. Someone in the world must lose their husband everyday. But why her? And why in that way? No warning, so sudden.
Hayley heard footsteps coming towards her room. She dug her head under the covers and pretended to be asleep. But she couldn't fall Dani.
"Hi Hayles, I made you some toast"
Hayley rolled over to the other side and faced the wall.
"I'm not very hungry", Hayley whispered, in a voice so quiet it was almost impossible to hear.
"Hayles. I know it's hard. Losing Noah, but please you've got to eat, you'll make yourself ill otherwise", Dani encouraged.
Hayley closed her eyes, holding back the tears. She didn't know. Nobody did. No one knew what it felt like whem she found out Noah was dead. They were so close. So in love. It was so unfair. Sarah kept them apart.
Dani left the toast on Hayley's lilac bedside table and gave Hayley a nervous, but encouraging smile.
It was as though Dani didn't know how to act around her now. Normal, and carry on as though nothing had happened. Or, the option Hayley preferred, to give it time. Hayley had to let the thought of not being with Noah again sink in. To let the pain heal and go away in it's own time.
Hayley climbed out of the bed. She opened her wooden wardrobe doors and got out three photo albums. She'd always loved these particular items, but now she treasured them her wedding ring too. These were all the memories of Noah she had left. She flicked through them all at least four times everyday now. Smiling at the photos of her wedding day, the day her and Noah went to the City and bumped into Dani and Josh.
Why would anyone want to keep them apart? They were Hayley and Noah. Not exactly Romeo and Juliet, that was Kirsty and Kane phillips. But they were still destined to be together. Forever and Always. Always and Forever.
Now Hayley realised how important her wedding vowles were. "Until death do us part".
Nothing will ever seperate us Noah. Not Sarah, not death. One day we will be reunited, together again.
But, Hayley realised, that wouldn't be for a very long time.
A/N: So that was just a little one-shot sort of thing to get me back into writing. I know it was very very short! lol ! It makes me miss Hayley/Noah SO much! I always write about them cos they are just meant to be. This was when I actually really liked Hayley, they've just changed her too much! Anyway I hope you liked, please review it means alot! And hopefully I'll be back and writing something else very soon:D
