Hi,everybody!Long time no see...Well,here's my first fic about Deidara. Please R&R!Thanks!
Deidara felt chakra ripple and pour into the little clay spider she was forming as she watched the kneeling man in front of her almost lazily. However, she was on the alert for enemy shinobis.Heck,ALL shinobis were enemies, unless they are allies with the Akatsuki. And even then, you can't trust them too much.

Well, this stupid and unlucky man had managed to stumble upon some highly confidential information...And he's going to pay the price of his curiosity now, courtesy of Deidara.

The mouth on Deidara's right hand spat out a small clay spider. It licked its edges, making a slurping rattling sound.Deidara twiddled her fingers as she watched the man. She kept the spider on her arm.

Maybe I should talk,yeah...He's actually quite cute...Yeah...

The man had floppy dark brown hair that fell into the clearest, not to mention the most beautiful shade of gray she'd ever seen. He had a small scar running from his left eye to his mouth.

Doesn't spoil his looks, yeah, and he's from Iwa too...

Deidara sat on her rock, watching the man and swinging her legs. The man had a hopeless grim look on his face. The death look, shinobi called it. It was the universal expression that most shinobis wore when they knew for certain they were going to die.

"Hey...So you're from Iwa?"

The man glanced at her. He knew that the missing-nin was only playing with him. She'll kill him later, anyway.Fine,so,why not humor her? He was going to die soon.

"Yeah."

Deidara frowned.

"Yeah..I know...Headband,yeah?What I mean is, how's old Iwa going on,yeah?"

He hesitated, then offered an answer.

"Fine, I suppose.Tsuchikage-sama had a son."

Deidara nodded.

"Yeah,he was always a womanizer...Yeah,I pity his poor wife."

The man raised his eyebrows.

"I guess you're right. It's common knowledge, really.Just that everybody doesn't want to mention he has illegitimate kids left and right...Because something will always happen to the big mouth feller. But this is a legitimate child."

Deidara chuckled.

Not bad...Not bad...Not just about looks,yeah?

"Yeah,I suppose so..."

Deidara paused for a minute, searching for a topic to talk about. Then she thought of one. Her face lit up with an almost child-like glee.

"Oh!And I forgot, yeah,to ask you this! Is old Iwa museum still standing, yeah?"

The man was slightly surprised by Deidara's sudden turn of mood.

"It's still standing."

"Good..Yeah.."

Deidara lapsed into a thoughtful silence. The spider suddenly dropped from her arm and scuttled behind the man. It crawled up the folds of his shirt and clung there.

The man did not notice.

"How old are you,yeah?"

"I'm 20."He replied, suddenly cautious. Why was she asking such a strange question? No...Unless...

"Pity...If you haven't managed to stumble on us...Yeah..."

Deidara's voice was filled with an odd compassion. The man clenched his teeth and bowed his head.

"Sorry,yeah..."

There was a soft bumpf. The man keeled forwards, blood trickling out of the corner of his mouth and splashing onto the hard rocky ground. Those beautiful gray eyes stared lifelessly at nothing. There was an enormous hole in his back. Blood spouted from it like a never-ending stream.

Deidara looked at the corpse. She shrugged, dusted herself, then hopped off the rock. She turned from the corpse and walked away, without looking back. On the way, she thought vaguely.

I still don't know what his name is.
