The Old, The Overused and The Mocked: Part Three

With curses and pirates,

And swords stained with blood,

With Johnny and Orlando,

The Fanfic trickle became a flood.

There's romance in abundance,

With fighting and angst galore,

But then Canon started to flounder,

So it's time to straighten the score.

Jack doesn't have a true love,

He's wed to ship and sea.

As for Will and Elizabeth,

Can you say 'Meant To Be'?

Neither of them has a sister,

Girls, get it through your head.

The Curse has been lifted,

So the baddies are DEAD!

Norrington may be a bastard,

But it doesn't make him evil.

And the Gov.'s much too pompous

to be a sneaky little weevil.

So heed this warning,

And let Canon be your friend.

'Lest Aztec gods take an interest,

And grant you a nasty end.
