Nick Stokes was sitting in a bar starring glumly at his beer.

'Damn it why can't he understand. Why can't he see that they don't need to know, known of them do. Maybe I was wrong to start this. Maybe it's time I let him go.'

"Hey Nick, what's up?" He turned his head slightly, his brown eyes locking with her green ones.

"Ally, I can't continue on this way. This whole relationship was just a big mistake." He lowered his head into his hands.

"Are you sure about that?" Ally asked a sad smile on her face. "Are you sure that this relationship isn't worth it?"

"I. . ." Nick stuttered. "I don't know." Nick starred at his friend. "What would you do?" Ally's sad smile turned even sadder.

"I let him go didn't I?" Nick nodded. "And I'll always regret that. It was one of my biggest mistakes." Ally said wiping the tears off her face. "I can't help you with this decision Nick, you have to find it in yourself." She stood up and walked to the empty stage. Ally turned on the Karaoke machine.

The music started to play:

I know there's something in the wake of your smile

I get the notion from the look in your eyes, yea

You've built a love, but that love falls apart

Your little piece of heaven turns too dark.

Listen to your heart

When he's calling for you

Listen to your heart

There's nothing else you can do

I don't know where you're going

And I don't know why.

But listen to your heart

Before you tell him good-bye.

Nick closed his eyes and listened to the music floating around him.

Sometimes you wonder if this fight is worthwhile

The precious moments are all lost in the tide, yea

They're swept away and nothing is what it seems,

The feeling of belonging to your dreams

Listen to your heart

When he's calling for you

Listen to your heart

There's nothing else you can do.

I don't know where you're going

And I don't know why.

But listen to your heart

Before you tell him good-bye.

'I understand.' Nick opened his eyes and looked to the empty stage. Glancing down at his drink he found a pin with a pair of angel wings. 'Thank you my friend.'

The sound of his name being whispered caught his attention, drawing it away from the pin to the man standing behind him. Before Gil could say anything Nick spoke.

"Alright."

Good or Bad, please read and review.

I'll probably be continuing this in other story. I'm still working on the beginning part of this.
