Author's Note: This poem is about how there's never any 'sunshine' in his life, how it's plague by the darkness in his heart that he chooses to live with. It's kinda of hard to explain but you'll get it in the poem. Ok I hope you like it and PLEASE REVIEW!
Chapter 18: Dark Clouds
I sit in my room
Cold and emotionless
Dwelling in my own solitude
The light has disappeared
No longer piercing
Through the dark clouds
That surrounds my being
Never once
Experiencing joy or happiness
Of any kind
Instead the clouds linger
Over my broken heart
The dark clouds
Born of my hate and anger
From the world
I cannot see
The beautiful rays of light
That once gave me hope
I wait for day
The clouds will disappear
To see life
For what it's truly worth
