Chapter 19: Shards of My Soul

For one to find salvation

One must find peace of mind

One's soul

Must become completely purified

Each shard of my soul

Becomes darker

As time seeks no end

The light that radiates from within

Is now fading

As my soul

Turns black as the night sky

I only wish to seek refuge

From the darkness

That wishes to bind me

To the cold memories

Of my past

Soon each shard

Will only become

An alluring black light

Only to keep me

In this state of misery

I am forced to bare
