Colorguardchick05- Me again I thought of something crazy. What if Sly and Carmelita were zapped by a ray, and were changed. Okay don't think "Sly will be a girl and Carmelita will be a guy," or "They will switch bodies," No read to find out.

The Curse

'Man, I hate this,' Sly thought. He was on an old rickety boat in the Atlantic. As you all know Sly can swim so he has a fear of water. (A/N My grandma is the same way.) Sly was afraid his legs would give out because they were shaking so hard.

'Why am I here,' Sly thought. Then he remembered that a girl, with a southern accent, go on a boat to find a rare gem. He can't pass something like that up. There will be an agent to take him.

"EEE-cuse mm-eee," Sly said with his teeth chartering, "Howw mm-uch longe-rrr."

"I don't know I can't read the map," a girl said with an annoyed tone in her voice said, but she didn't snapped because the guy was scared. Even thought she hated him. You guessed it the girl is Carmelita.

'Her agent is Carmelita. Jeez does that lady want me in jail,' Sly thought about ready to hurl.

'Wait till he has the gem the book him. That's what the woman said so if it involves me catching Cooper I'm in,' Carmelita thought with a smug look on her face.

"YES! We're here," Sly yelled then jumped off and kissed the ground.

"Do you know how dirty that is ringtail," Carmelita said walking to Sly.

"Yes, but I don't care. I'm on land again," Sly looked up then went bake to kissing the ground.

"Get up Cooper we need to get going, this place gives me the creeps," Carmelita said rubbing her shoulders.

"Me too," Sly got up and started walking.

One Hour Later

"We're finally here," Sly announced.

"Yes but were is the gem?" Carmelita asked looking around.

"There isn't one you fools," a woman with a southern accent said. Then Sly and Carmelita feel a shock go all through their bodies and they were covered in a neon blue light.

Then turned around and they saw Mz. Ruby. Carmelita pulled out her shock pistol and shot the controls. The beam stopped. Then Sly ran to Mz. Ruby and whacked her with his cane.

"You haven't seen the last of me," Mz. Ruby yelled then ran off.

"That was weird," Sly said then he yawned, "and I'm suddenly tired."

Carmelita yawned too, "Lets go to the ship and sleep."

When they got to the ship they just clasped on the ground.

'Man, what happened yesterday,' Sly thought then walked over to the water to fully wake up, not looking at Carmelita. He walked over splashed water on his face then looked down. He jumped back in surprised.

Readers- He is a woman. No he is now Carmelita.

He looked again to be sure if he wasn't seeing things. What Sly saw was an eight year old of him self. "How did this happened?" he said then he realized his voice is now higher.

"What are you doing ringtail?" Sly heard a little girl talking to him. 'Oh no not her too.' Sly turned around to see an eight-year-old version of Carmelita.

"Seeing a blast from my past in the water," Sly said smartly to her.

Carmelita coked her head to the side, 'Is his voice now higher? And why is his clothes bagger on him.'

She walked over looked in the water and screamed. Sly had to cover his ear because of this.

"What happened," Carmelita said looking at her hands.

"The ray!" Sly suddenly yelled. Carmelita looked at him like what are you talking about, "The ray Mz. Ruby shot at us," Sly continued.

"But why?" Carmelita asked.

"I don't know but we will find out," Sly said smacking his fist into his hand.
