Hermione is such a romantic. So I knew she couldn't resist seeing the "Hollywood" sign. I followed her up there, and though she was disguised, I knew it was her immediately. The way she carried herself told me that. Plus, she was floating a few inches off the ground.

I walked up to her and gave her a hug from behind. She kicked my ass.

I'll never do that again.

"Fred? What are you doing here?"

"Looking for you," I gasped, still winded from my "tumble".

"Why?" she asked.

"You didn't say 'goodbye'," I explained.

"Oh. Wait, you didn't come all this way for that did you?"

"No. You never said goodbye, and I never said I love you."

Her eyes sparkled, "Really?"

"Really."

"That was a nice story, daddy," Kimberly said, as Fred tucked her in.

He kissed her on the cheek, "Thank you, sweetie, I'm glad you liked it. Now go to sleep."

"Love you, daddy," Kimberly said sleepily.

"I love you, too, Kimberly," Fred smiled as he watched his daughter fall asleep.
