"Come on y'all. Lets just sit down for a little bit." Rogue said, flicking back some hair and resting on a rock. "Yah, da chere does have a point. Ah'm tired." Remy Lebeau pointed out, sitting next to her. Rogue shot him a look, and stood back up. "Nevermind, lets go." She said, as Havok looked at her. "Rogue, I believe I lead the squad. So we go by my choices, not yours." He said matter-of-factly.
Polaris looked at Havok and studied his emmotions. "Are you made Alex?" She asked, running her fingers threw her long green hair. "No.." He said bluntly, looking down at the ground. "Come on dude, this is boring lets do somethign!" Iceman protested, as he made a path of ice, and started riding around on it. "Showoff..." Alex muttered under his breath. "Ok team, lets go. Obviously that distress call was a pran..." Before Alex could finish his sentence a blast of plasma hit him right on the face.
"AAH!" He cried, as he immediatly lit his hands with cosmic energy. The team snapped into action as a small group of three, bad looking mutants appeared in front of them. One's skin looked like it was made of vines, another guy had shards of metal breaking threw his skin, and the only girl in the group had plasma burning from her fingers.
Rogue immediatly lunged forward, but was pushed off by Polaris who immediatly punched the girl right in the face. "Dont you ever try that again she screamed, as a large piece of metal lunged from the ground, and went flying to the girl. It immediatly covered around her, choking her. The team only watched as she burnt it with her plasma, and started punching at Lorna.
Iceman, who was running towards Polaris, shot a beam of ice at the girl, and froze her feet. He then slowly walked up to her, and started taunting her. Before he could look to Polaris, a shard of metal hit him on his back. Bloodd started pooring from it, and he fell onto the ground. The girl melted the ice with her plasma, and her and Polaris started duking it out in hand to hand fighting.
Rogue, using Cyclop's powers shot a beam of optic energy at the guy with metal poking threw his skin, and then Punched him on the neck. As he fell to the ground, using Spiderman's sences he could tell the other guy was coming for her. Her skin quickly turned to metal, as threw vines tried wiping her. She turned around and punched him flat on the face.
Remy stuck a charged card in the guy with vine's pocket. He smiled, and waited for it to go off. Havok quickly fired three shots at the girl, as she fell to the ground as well. Polaris walked on top of her, and smiled. "Ok team, lets get out of here." He quickly pulled a small camera from his pocket, and snapped some photo's of the three mutants.
The team headed off for the black bird, looking around for more of those mutants. As they all loaded onto the plane, Rogue spoke first. "Who do y'all think they where?" She asked, messing with her bangs. "Not sure but I intend to find out." Havok said, his eyes focusing on not hitting any trees as he lifted off from the ground.
As he was about to head off, there was a loud noise outside. A clunk and the black bird was pulled down. "Hold on everyone!" Bobby called, grabbing his seat. It pulled it down completely, and everyone thrashed about. "What the fu--?" Havok asked, as the door bursted open.
