Normal Day on a Journey:
The darkness fled as the first rays of morning spread through the vast forest. A little girl lay sleeping next to her master, and friend, as he awoke to the light of day. His silver hair shimmered as he softly awoke the sleeping girl.
His dragon woke up, too, and stood, causing a small green figure to bound off of it. The green imp muttered under his breath, but managed to keep his swearing to a minimum around the child.
The girl yawned as the small group set out on that day's journey, trying to cover as much land as possible. Morning passed quickly, as did the afternoon. The group soon found themselves in nighttime.
The master, who resembled an angel in the girl's eyes, caught that night's dinner and served it. The little girl helped by cooking it, for the master had only one arm from a fight with his brother, and he needed to rely more and more on his companions's help.
The last rays of light disappeared over the horizon as the girl prepared her bedding. She snuggles happily into the fuzzy ensemble, which her master wore, but gave to her to sleep with at night.
Morning came again, the rays of light shining through the boughs of the trees. The master spoke the first words of that day, this time to the imp, "Jaken, if you continue to prove a liability for the travel of this group, I will make sure that upon arrival at the castle, I will throw you into the dungeon. You will never see the light of day again," he managed to say with a straight face, as usual. Jaken gulped.
"What about Rin?" came the voice of the girl.
"You, Rin, have proven an asset to this group. Please go prepare Ah-Un for the rest of the journey to the castle."
"Yes, Shessomaru-sama!" she said happily as she skipped off the prepare the two headed dragon for the flight. Jaken immediately ran after her, to show his respect for the master's orders.
