Samhain Surprise
Chapter 1
She still had two weeks to pick a costume for Halloween. She didn't know whether to get one at all. She wasn't invited to any parties. She was too old for trick or treating. But she was in the spirit of the holiday and nothing was going to drag her down.
Loitering around town she spotted Fred and George Weasley Posting flyers outside their shop. This was the holiday they would get the most sales, mostly pranksters for halloween Tricks and some just for good natured fun.
Walking up to them she read one of the flyers. "Samhain Festival. Where Spooky makes you speechless." (I sooo call that, Mine!) "Hey guys what's up?"
"Oh, Hey. Nothing much, just posting these flyers. What do you think?" asked george
"Yeah, A girl like you should be plenty busy by now. You must have your costume already picked out and a date for the all the parties. The festival is having a pageant, the grande prize is a full scholarship to any College or school you want." piped in Fred as he stapled another flyer.
"The festival is also having a Masquerade Ball, You should go. you and your date would have loads of fun. By the way who are you going with to all the parties?" asked George.
"I don't have a date and I wasn't invited to any parties." she said as she sat down on a bench outside of Weasley Wheezes.
"WHAT? You got to be kidding us!" They were shocked that a lady of her stature didn't have men crawling on their knees just to kiss her hand. Beauty, Poise, a strong personality, healthy sexuality, Grace, Intelligence and Charm, she had everything a man would ever want.
"Nope. No date. Harry is with Ginny, Ron is with Lavender, Dean is with Cho, Hell even COLIN has a date!" she hung her head, ashamed that nobody wanted her.
Her Parents were gone, and she had no other family. They had died during a bombing on London by foreign terrorists. Or that's what the Obituary would say, no they really died in an attack from Voldemort.
After their deaths harry invited her to stay at Godric's Hollow with him and Ginny, for as long as she liked. Molly had finally allowed ginny to move in with Harry on one condition, They wait till marriage to have all that 'Hanky panky' going on. And to insure that they kept to their promise Ginny had to agree to be subjected to a Chastity Charm. Somehow every mother in the world knew that one spell for the 'safe keeping' of their daughters virginity.
Unlike a Chastity Belt, which is like metal underwear with a lock, the Chastity Charm allowed more freedom. You could just about anything, but penetrate. you couldn't see it, feel it (unless you are trying to penetrate) or have to bother with trying to take it off to use the bathroom.
Back o the subject, She accepted Harry's offer. During the summer Harry and Ron were comforting her they best they could and the Weasley Family were stopping in to say hello just about everyday. She could feel the love.
"It'll be Ok 'mione, don't cry. Bill and Charlie are going to be up here with us for halloween and Mum is surely going to invite you to our party." replied Fred
"And if she doesn't then we invite you to come. Ginny has already invited Harry, so all three of you are going to be there." finished George.
"Thanks guys, for cheering me up. I really needed that." Hermione said as she gave the two boys big hugs, "Now what are we going to do about that Masquerade Ball?"
