I decided not to make this a one shot, but a series of poems about the straw hat crew's journey, their feelings toward each other (no romance involved)and past experiences.
Disclaimer: I don't one One Piece…although that would be cool.
(Zoro's POV)
I have become a pirate,
Although I was a pirate hunter,
It never seemed,
That I'd stoop to that level,
That of a pirate,
But now,
Looking back,
I don't know why I hadn't,
Become a pirate,
From the beginning,
Since that faithful day,
When Luffy set me free,
Since that faithful day,
When I became a pirate,
My life has changed forever,
In a way I could not imagine,
No longer,
Will I fight for only myself,
No longer
Will I be lost,
For now I see,
That my life dwells in my swords,
And I see,
That my life also dwells in my crew.
The captain,
Monkey D. Luffy,
With limbs of rubber,
And a heart of gold,
The navigator,
Nami,
The one and only,
A thief,
And a friend,
The marksman,
Usopp,
A coward,
A liar,
And a sharpshooter,
The cook,
Sanji,
With fancy footwork,
And a fancy skill,
And as for myself,
I am Zoro
A swordsman,
Santoryu,
To be exact,
A sword in each hand,
And one in my mouth,
We are the straw hat crew,
I am a pirate swordsman,
Just as he,
Is a pirate captain,
Just as she,
Is a pirate Navigator,
Just as he,
Is a pirate marksman,
Just as he,
Is a pirate chef,
We are pirates,
And pirates we'll stay.
