Retelling the series. Bumblebee and Arcee return to Earth with a new mission from Optimus Prime. The Cybertronian Prison Ship Alchemor crashed on Earth and now the prisoners are running wild. Now Bumblebee and Arcee assemble a new team to recapture the prisoners and save Earth.

The Autobots find it hard to cope with the loss of one of their comrades, none more so than the bots who had witnessed his death. Struggling with his grief and the immense guilt that the situation provided to him, Optimus Prime battles with himself and the burden he carries on his shoulders due to the blame he places on himself.

Not long after the false Council was defeated, things seemed to return to normal on Cybertron. For some, however, this isn't an entirely good thing. Former Decepticon medic Knockout has seen and experienced enough of the bad. Enough to drive him to undertake a mission of his own. Not that he's expecting much help, but for him, a little can, and will, go a long way.

Miko's latest antics were the straw that broke the camel's (or 'bot's) back. She needed to be reigned in by any means necessary; fortunately there was an obvious solution waiting for them all along.

Heatwave and Quickshadow are in love and they soon bond. Before they know they discover soon they will hear to pitter patter of little Cybertronian feet. Now they are expecting a sparkling and go through the pregnancy and raising their little bundle of joy.

After the arrival of Tailgate, Arcee's old partner, things have drastically changed for Jack. Arcee has seemingly forgotten about him. This causes Jack to fall into depression as he had feelings for her. But all hell breaks loose when during a mission Miko's recklessness causes them to dragged in a confrontation with MECH and Tailgate leaves Jack behind at the mercy of the MECH.

When Miko becomes dissatisfied with her treatment from the Autobots, the favor for the other two After hearing a conversation never meant for her ears. She has enough, Miko leaves and finds herself a new home. A new family she finds, does cherish her and wants her to flourish and not change. If Jack is the next Optimus, of course he'd have his own Megatron to complete the picture.

Arcee is queen of Cybertron but is overthrown after a deal with Megatron to retrieve the Allspark on its self-created isle. They both find themselves trapped on the isle filled with creatures from the cybernetic worlds they know, foes that want nothing less but to kill them, and a vindictive Allspark. Spike has always thought of the Autobots as a friendly and unified group of heroes. That simplistic view is questioned however when he finds out Bluestreak is afraid of Warpath.
