I left this for 4 long months or so. Now thatI look at it,it makes no sense to me anymore.Maybe it dosen't have to make sense.

Beaches : a drabble
For anyone whose ever lost a friend
A knock at the door. No unwelcome visits anymore.
"Loki-sama? Mayura-san has extended an invitation for us to go to the beach with her. She hopes you will come."
The beach.
Water crashing, unforgiving.
"Dose Loki-sama swim like a iron duck?"
The sea is merciless and deceptive in its calm.
"Hai, Yamino-kun, we shall go. I wont go in the water though."
"Of course Loki-sama."
Swallows the ships. Swallows the people. Swallows the fiery hope they have.
Water kills fire.
Loki hates the sea.
The wind blowing calmly over the shore and the sea.
Your footprints leaving marks on the sand.
The sea dumping driftwood upon its friend.
He wasn't like that.
Your teasing never truly angered him.
When you dumped something on him he'd get rid of it, or dump it on you.
The sand is passive.
"Loki-kun! Lets go build a sand castle!"
Moldable. You can make anything out of sand. Yet it crumbles with the slightest kick from the smallest child.
He wasn't like that.
Reaching out, grasping...
Falling through his fingers, grains of sand, timeless and ageless.
Slipping from my fingers too.
...Let him down...
... Lost him...
"No Mayura, i'm going to stay here."
"Mou! Loki-kun's no fun!"
A distasteful glance.
"Trash." he thinks he was useless.
Sand is useless.
He wasn't useless. He wasn't like the sand.
Loki hates sand.
"Loki-kun! We're leaveing!"
Loki hates the beach.
Definately nonsense.
