Broken Piece
It was a peculiar rainy day, not something to be expected from Jump City. The tower was quiet as the only noise could be heard from the TV. Starfire was curled up in Robin's arms for the moment.
"Robin, does the rain bring boredomness?" she asked looking up at him.
"Um.. well I guess it does. It's not fun if you can't do anything outside." he said taking her hand gently.
Starfire glanced out the window. The rest were in their room doing the usual, taking naps, reading books, or playing stupid videogames. The quiet though, was unusual.
"Well, when it stops, may we do something fun outside?"
Robin was completely spaced out at the moment. Obviously something important was on his mind. Starfire was waving a hand in his face wildly.
"Robin! Glorbs to Robin!" she yelled as he head turned to her.
"Sorry Star, I was just thinking about something. Ooh look at this!" he pointed out on the TV
" The Blue Room will be opened tonight for the first time! The hottest DJs, drinks, and entertainment is all right here! " the guy announced, sliding his funky sunglasses over his eyes.
"Robin, that looks like miraculous fun! Are we going to go to this "club"?" Star asked with a gleam in her eyes.
"Did I hear something about clubbing? You know it's not a real party without us!" Beast Boyinterupted, followed by Cyborg.
Robin sighed, I get no time alone with Star at all. Yes, all I need is BB and Cy screwing things up for me, He thought.
Even Star had a frown on her always cheerful face.
