In Nibelheim, memories had been made. Skinned knees, family dinners, first crushes and promises that would last a lifetime. The scene changed for a while, but when Nibelheim returned, everything was the same and it felt right. Until the fires ruined it all and forced the second act into play.
Midgar was where memories consumed and made escape and release an impossible dream, where his smile was only visible when all of the lights were expelled from the room, curtains drawn and eyes closed tight. And that's when the smell of blood overpowered his scent and the nightmares came.
Midgar eats away at you until all that's left of you is your memory and him. Nibelheim defined you and Midgar destroyed you.
But not all of Nibelheim is so good. It destroyed him and cast you out. Midgar destroyed what was left. They're all out to get you.
Don't let them take him away again.
