An Observer as work…Literally!
Leilei: nope, this isn't a Kagami – bashing fic, I love Kagami too much to do such a thing!
Kagami: Hontoni?
Leilei: Hey! You're supposed to talk after the chapter!
Kagami…er…scratches head
Leilei: Anyhow! Since Kagami seems to be one of the few who doesn't have a real job (wherein you have to work for money!) from the whole cast, I decided to see what'll happen if he was forced to work. Literally!

"Ohayo, welcome to our café, the Honky Tonk." A young, charming blonde greeted. It just so happens that his first customer for the day is actually two of the most unpredictable duo.
"Oh? So the infamous observer, Kagami Kyouji is now a waiter, hey?" the urchin-head smirked.
"Ban-chan…" a worried partner said from behind.
Kagami tried to keep his cool. After all, this is just temporary.
"Why don't we test your waiter-skills then…" Ban sat to one of the bar stools and tapped his fingers. Natsumi wasn't in and Paul was doing his weekly inventory at the back so the only crew who could take their orders was none other then our beloved blonde. (no, not Ginji!)
"…I'd like…hmmm…" The brunette thought as his blonde partner sweatdropped.
"I do hope that you will be able to pay for what you will order. I was told of your growing tab and…" now it was time for the observer to smirk.
"…Tch! Fine! One plain coffee!" Ban took out his wallet and slapped down his payment on the counter. Kagami took the money with a smile.
"One cup of plain coffee it is then."
"Hey blondie, faster it up! I'm thirsty! I am a paying customer after all" ban said sarcastically.
"My, my, what temper Mido-kun." He served his coffee and glanced at the brunette's partner. "Do you not plan to buy your partner anything?"
"Why do you care!" ban snapped.
"Ban-chan…" Ginji smiled sheepishly, "Thanks for the worry Kagami-san…I'll just have a glass of water."
"Very well."
"Where the hell is Natsumi anyway?"
"She is on vacation for this week." Kagami replied.
"What!" Ban slammed the bar with his fist.
"Tsk, tsk, I wouldn't do that if I were you. That might sprout another digit to your tab."
"Why you…" Ban growled. Unexpectedly, an idea popped out of the Jagan master's mind. He took out his cell phone and went outside.
"Is your partner always like that?"
"Lie, it's just that we didn't got paid well from our latest job." Ginji explained.
The door opened again.
"Ohayo, welcome to our café, the Honk – shit!" the observer cursed as he took refused behind the bar before being engulfed by flames.
"Kagami Kyouji, you freakin' bastard will die right here! Right now!" warned a woman in violet.
"Lady Poison, I'm afraid this isn't the right time for this!"
Another throw of flame.
"I don't care if this isn't the right time! You're still gonna die!"

The following day, Kagami decided to resign from Honky Tonk, to Paul's dismay, and said that the job was too dangerous for him. And, he's too acquainted with most of the customers, which isn't good for him.

Leilei: so? How's your first day working for a real job?
Kagami: It had started good…but ended badly.
Leilei: How come?
Kagami: Lady Poison chased me in the whole area of Shinjuku with her flame perfume screaming that I should die! If it hadn't been for Dr. Jackal, I might have been a burned corpse right now!
Leilei: why didn't you just use your abilities?
Kagami: because that was also one of the conditions given to me, I cannot use my ability while I am here. sigh
Leilei: giggles well, guess I won't comment on that anymore. Anyhow, if you people have a request on which place Kagami should work next, just mail me! Better off, give me a review, it'll be gladly appreciated!
