Sadness, That's What I felt
Sadness, that's what I feel,
When Harry told us, that Dumbledore was killed
The man who allowed me into his school.
Even with my lunar problem.
The man I love as my own father.
It was he who told me that
Most werewolves would hate me.
The man who comforted me...
...When James and Lily were murdered.
...When, I thought at the time,
Sirius killed Peter.
...When I almost bit Snape.
... When my best-friend was slain right before my eyes
I could not have stopped my tears.
Dumbledore was the one
Who gave me a job and hope when no one else would.
He protected me when I was almost
arrested for helping Sirius get away,
And it was he who gave me an important task,
which caused me to meet the woman I love.
Sadness, that's what I felt
When I found out his death was caused by the person that Harry warned us about,
The person I told Harry not to worry about because Dumbledore trusted him.
I know one day I will corner that person and Avada Kedavra him,
for it was that person who brought upon me this horrible pain in my heart.
