This was originally done for an English assignment that I had to do. The assignment was to write a 200 to 250-word story about the Halloween night of a nonhuman person. So I wrote this, but of course I had to use original characters and nothing else. It used to be Aki but now it's Akaya. Enjoy!

Poltergeist Akaya
Akaya pouted and sat down on the curb. Akaya had been kicked out of the house for bewitching the pumpkins to attack Niou because Niou thought it was funny to chuck a tomato at his face. He was a poltergeist, a ghost that simply loved to prank anybody, and he had a tendency to pull those nasty pranks on his fellow teammates particularly on Halloween because he always got high on all those sweets he managed to get his hands on.
Anyway, little Akaya in his cute vampire costume decided that since he was out of the house for the night he might as well get some candy while he was at it since his parents couldn't put a leash on him tonight.
After visiting several houses Akaya was getting bored. There was nothing on his block that he could send flying or blow up! He was about to give up and go home when he spotted a massively decorated house around the corner. He grinned. This was going to be fun.

Akaya grinned at the now bewitched pumpkins smashing themselves against the house and the lights blowing up at random intervals. The screams of the owners made him laugh. This was even better than last Halloween when I made candy corns chase every kid on the block, thought the devilish Akaya as he walked down the street thinking of more tricks to do for next year.
