Translations:

unser mächtig Drache- "our mighty dragon"
Es ist lange her. Zu lange- "It's been long. Too long."
Und Ich werde wieder sein- "And I will be again"

Ach, du verstehst ja gar keinen Spaß- The closest translation I can think of that conveys the right tone and context is not word for word accurate, but "Oh, you're no fun."

Ja. Das erste Klavierkonzert.- "Yes. The first piano concerto."
