"Kiba, what the hell is your problem! Why do you keep getting into trouble?"
Kiba frowned. "I'm not getting in trouble, okaa-san! I'm doing what Iruka-sensei tells me to!" Although probably louder than he would want me to…he added silently.
"And I understand that Uzumaki brat is in on this as well?"
Kiba shook his head emphatically. "No way! Naruto-kun would never get in trouble!"
His mother raised a brow and exchanged a glance with her husband. They hadn't missed the endearment their son had used. "Right. Well then, since you're the sole culprit, you can't play outside today."
Kiba's jaw dropped to the floor in shock. "Nani yo!" His mother gave him The Look, and Kiba knew he was defeated. "C'mon, Akamaru," he muttered, stomping to his room.

"Oi! Naruto!" Kiba called, dashing to his playmate. Naruto's face broke into a sunny smile.
"Yo!" Kiba reached the other boy, Akamaru not far behind. "Where was you yesterday, Kiba?"
"I got groundeded." He replied. Naruto's face crinkled up in astute horror. "No way!" Kiba nodded solemnly. Naruto shook his head like an old biddie, clucking his tongue. "You naughty, naughty boy!"
Kiba grinned. He grabbed Naruto's hand. "Let's go to our hideout!" The other boy grinned. "Hell yeah!"

"Kiba, are we gonna be together forever?"
The boy in question rolled over on his side to look at his best friend. He grinned. "Hell yeah!"
Naruto smiled happily. He snuggled up to Kiba. "Good."
Kiba grinned back and gave the blonde a sloppy kiss.

Kiba grinned at the memories. Those were his and Naruto's early days.
"Thinking about the 'good ole days', Kiba-kun?" his lover murmured from beside him.
"How did you know?" he asked, acting surprised. "Did I look nostalgic again?"
Naruto grinned sleepily and punched Kiba's shoulder. "Heh. Dumbass."
Kiba propped himself up on one elbow. He winked. "But being a dumbass made for one hell of a lesson in bed, no?"
Naruto rolled his eyes. "Geez, you horny dog. If you wanted more, you should've just asked!"
The other boy grinned cheekily. "But why? You're so sexy when you're mad." Naruto rolled his eyes again. "Whatever. You want me? Come and get me!"
He jumped out of the bed and ran around the apartment he shared with Kiba, butt-naked and at four in the morning
Kiba sighed. Life was always interesting when you were lovers with Konoha's number one loudest ninja.
