I've just asked Hagrid to send Harry his Hogwarts letter. Knowing his Aunt and Uncle it will be hard getting the letter to Harry so he can read it, so I've given Hagrid permission to use magic whenever necessary on this mission even though he isn't officially allowed to use magic now.
