"Leo!" shouted Phoebe, using her body to shield the injured Paige.

Leo orbed down as usual, the man with the healing hands. He held his hands over Paige's wound which was bleeding profusely.

"Hurry up, you guys. I don't know how much longer I can hold him off," warned Piper.

Furniture, vases, picture frames and other objects blew up in front of the demon in a vain attempt to stall his advance.

"Done," said Leo.

"Wait, Leo, what if someone else gets hurt?" Phoebe asked.

"Call me when you need me. I'm busy. Whitelighters don't just sit around playing cards all day, you know," Leo retorted in a somewhat exasperated tone.

"Phoebe! Paige!" Piper's voice was starting to get shrill.

"Okay, we're coming," Paige replied, pulling a vial and an incantation out of her pocket.

Paige held up the incantation for the three of them to read.

Away through time,

Away through space.

Be vanquished, demon,

Be lost without a trace.

Away through time,

Away through space.

Be vanquished, demon,

Be lost without a trace!

Paige hurled the vial at the deformity that stood in the hallway. The sisters watched on as the demon burned and disappeared with a puff of smoke.

"But didn't you think it was weird how he just left?" Phoebe asked Paige.

"Well, a little, but he's telling the truth – they don't just sit around doing nothing," said Paige.

"Come on, you two, that demon wasn't the first of its kind to come to the manor," Piper said, "let's get focused. Each of you, take a vial from the fridge and I'll consult the Book of Shadows."

"We'll come," volunteered Phoebe.

They read every page, footnotes and all, but found no clues on the demons which continued to attack them.

"Isn't it strange," mused Paige, "that after one of us gets hurt, they seem to start attacking things around the house rather than the other two?"

"That doesn't tell us anything. Or are you suggesting we're being attacked by the Renovation Demon?" Phoebe jested.

The three of them sat together, eating breakfast. It was a lazy Sunday and they had nothing to do.

"I hope that demon attacks us soon."

"Paige!" Piper scolded her youngest sister, "I hope we don't get attacked again!"

"I think we know from experience that that won't happen," Paige raised her eyebrows at Piper.

"Well, I recall, once, before you joined us, going away and leaving Prue and Phoebe here. Nothing supernatural happened then. Right Phoebs?"

"Well, actually," Phoebe confessed "there was this ghost… He escaped from Alk-"

A loud crash upstairs informed them of an unwelcome guest. They ran up to greet it.

Away through time,

Away through space.

Be vanquished de-

An energy ball hurtled straight towards the sisters and hit both Piper and Paige.

"uh-oh… Leo!" called Phoebe.

Leo appeared and healed Paige, but he couldn't move fast enough. Now, demon could move onto his real target. An energy bubble formed around Leo as the demon muttered some words and they both disappeared into thin air.

Paige leaned over Piper and healed her injuries.

"Leo? Leo!" Phoebe shouted in vain.
