The Broken Tale

(note: this is my first fanfiction ever, so, please read and send me your reviews or words of advice! sighs Aizeah says hi.)

Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha (which I love). I mean, the show, not the person! turns deep shade of crimson Oh, just read the clammed thing already!

Chapter one: Reveal

Five figures sat around the blazing flames, sullen looks upon their faces. "You guys! Help me make that dolt stay! Sango, Kagome, Miroku… why are you just sitting there?" Shippo was utterly distressed, as they had finally beaten Naraku, but his incarnations lived on and were wreaking havoc. Plus, there was the fact that Inuyasha said that he was going after Kikyou. "Kagome, say something to him!" the young kitzune wailed. With eyes glazed over, she regarded, "There's nothing that I can say or do to stop him. He's already decided to go to hell with Kikyou, anyway." And on that final, painful, word, she bolted out from the clearing. The half-demon made an attempt to go after her, but stopped short, noticing the look on his friend's faces. "What?" "Inuyasha," the female demon-slayer remarked, "how can you be so insensitive? I swear-"but she was cut off when Inuyasha, the dude known for rarely ever showing his true feelings, said, "I never said that I was going with Kikyou. I'm only going after her for her jewel shards." And on that note, he walked off, obviously looking as to where Kagome fled to. Miroku and the others ran in front of him, causing him to stop. "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" they all blurted out in unison, and Miroku just had to say, "because if you're not, I would gladly comfort Ka…" Seeing Sango's expression, he quickly stopped speaking. "Would you guys leave me alone?" the hanyou cried, and stormed off.

Well, how was that for my first try? For now I'll be happy with your reviews! Please?
