A/N: Just a drabble that popped up on my drabble journal a week ago... I'll put this simply. I lurve Yayoi. Favorite character right there, along with Kiyo. He doesn't understand Ritsuka, or what he goes through, so he doesn't see how strong he is, but he is lonely a lot, so he does see what an idiot Ritsuka is for taking his friends for granted. Wow, that was a long sentence.

No matter how he looks at it, Yayoi just doesn't get it. He doesn't see the allure that Aoyagi Ritsuka seems to hold for people. People like his beloved Yuiko, people like that strange man…even people like their teacher.
He doesn't get what's cute about bandages strewn over an overly thin body.
He doesn't get what reading philosophy has to do with maturity. The way he sees it, Ritsuka doesn't understand any of the important things.
More than anything else, he doesn't get how Ritsuka can get everything a person could possibly want—and more—and still not be happy.
