The Yi Ling Battle
Hello to all of you. This is yours truly, Zhuge Liang. I'm going to share with with you all what REALLY happened at Yi Ling.
You see, on the day when Wu came to attack, I was sharing with the generals about my Stone Sentinel Maze plan. They all came out of the tent gaping like goldfishes.
"Are you sure Wu is going to fall for this?" Liu Bei asked me.
"I knew you would ask me that question," I replied. "I will make sure that they DO fall for it." I finished and exited the tent to go water the turnips with Yue Ying.
"That Zhuge Liang,I wonder how he gets these ideas…" Liu Bei thought.
"That's because I'm cleverer than you!" I suddenly appeared at the entrance of the tent, causing Liu Bei to jump back at least a mile out of shock.
"Lord Zhuge Liang," a messenger reported. "word has it that Cao Cao has sent Sima Yi to assist Wu."
"That shall not hinder our plans, don't worry and stick to it." I told the soldier.
"Let me assist you in this battle." Yue Ying pleaded.
"No" was my reply. "I need you to act as bait and lure Sima Yi into the Maze."
"Very well." Yue Ying sighed.
"What's the situation?" I asked Liu Bei.
Liu Bei looked at his watch-(just joking!) Liu Bei scanned the area. "The enemy doesn't seem to be here yet." he said.
Over at the Wu camp
"We charge now." Sun Jian said to Sima Yi.
"Zhuge Liang will be there, we need to be careful." Sima Yi told Sun Jian.
"Do not fear, Zhang He is here. I will awe him with my '7-butterflies' dance." Zhang He said in a sing-song voice. Sun Jian shuddered.
"CHARGE!" Sun Jian yelled, and the entire Wu army rushed down to where the Shu camp was located.
"Now!" I ordered and the soldiers let fire the catapults and huge boulders flew towards the enemy.
"Evade!" Sun Jian yelled. But it was too late, the boulders squashed most of the Wu army and the only remaining were Sun Jian, Quan, Ce, Zhou Yu, Sima Yi, Zhang He, Gan Ning and a few lucky archers.
"Wow…" Liu Bei gasped, eyes wide open.
The remaining archers fled, screaming for dear life.
"Cowards!" Sun Jian yelled to the fleeing soldiers. "You are not fit to be part of the Wu army!"
"Now's the time." I said.
"Go!" Liu Bei ordered.
Guan Yu's forces have appeared
Zhang Fei's forces have appeared
Zhao Yun's forces have appeared
Xing Cai's forces have appeared
Pang Tong's forces have appeared
Yue Ying's force have appeared
"Give up now, tiger of Jiang Dong!" Guan Yu yelled.
"Give up? Never! We'll show you the might of Wu!" Sun Jian replied.
"Now!" Sun Ce yelled.
Xiao Qiao's forces have appeared
Da Qiao's forces have appeared
Huang Gai's forces have appeared
"We may be outnumbered, but our loyalty will triumph!" Sun Ce said proudly.
An hour into the battle…
Yue Ying had succeeded in leading Sima Yi into the Maze.
Zhang Fei and Guan Yu were fighting Sun Jian and Sun Ce.
Xing Cai was fighting Sun Quan and Zhou Yu.
Pang Tong was fighting Huang Gai.
Zhao Yun was fighting Da Qiao and Xiao Qiao.
Liu Bei was fighting Zhang He.
I was sitting in a pavilion drinking Musou tea.
"Ha! Sima Yi you fool! You've been trapped!" Yue Ying called to Sima Yi.
My Stone Sentinels came to life and attacked Sima Yi.
"IT'S ALIVE!" Sima Yi screamed at the top of his voice.
Due to the fact that he was constantly screaming and gaping at the Stone Sentinels, my lovely Yue Ying and Stone Sentinels slayed him easily.
"Oh no! Sima Yi is dead." Sun Ce moaned.
Wu forces morale have decreased
Yue Ying quickly retreated to Bai Di castle and joined me.
"Let's get out of here." Yue Ying suggested.
"Good idea!" I said, and we both left the battlefield.
"Zhuge Liang is gone!" Zhang Fei noticed.
"Let him go, he has done enough!" Liu Bei said.
And that is what happened at Yi Ling, after that battle, I travelled with Yue Ying to find a good place to grow turnips.
