Summary: Yaten, sick of hearing Hotaru complain about how her Setsuna-mama is so single, decides that he has two single brothers that'll do just fine. Seiya/Setsuna/Taiki Yaten/Hotaru, dashes of H/M.
xXxXxXx- Prologue.
"I'll make a bet." The smallest of the Sailor Stars said suddenly. Both Taiki and Seiya looked to their 'brother'.
"Nani?" Seiya asked. "What kind of bet?"
"I'll bet you 10,000 yen that neither of you can get Sailor Pluto to date you." Yaten replied. The price was a bit steep, but he loved Hotaru more than anyone knew. "The winner gets the cash."
Taiki paled, but Seiya laughed. "Yeah, right. Taiki already has the advantage. Sailor Uranus hates me."
"That's what makes it fun. Everyone loves an underdog. Maybe Setsuna-mama will too." Said a soft voice, from the doorway. The three men looked over.
"Taru-chan!" Yaten gasped in surprise, but she smiled serenely at him.
"Yaten-kun. I told you I would be dropping by today…" She continued, walking to the couch, and sitting beside him.
"I… I know… But you didn't say what time….!" Taiki and Seiya both chuckled, as Yaten stammered and blushed.
"Do you want me to leave?" She queried, looking from Yaten, and back to the door quickly. She started to stand, but he grabbed her wrist gently.
"No!" His protest was a bit loud, and she smiled again, sitting back down, and leaning against his shoulder.
"Alright." She paused, looking up and kissing his cheek. "I think it's very sweet of you to do this for Setsuna-mama."
"Hey!" Seiya didn't really like being paired up with the time senshi, as pretty as she may be, yet. "I'm in it for the money."
"… I would be honored, to go on a date with Setsuna-san…" Taiki said, giving his brother a sharp glance. "As should you."
"Woah, don't get all touchy. Geez, maybe Uranus-san is rubbing off on you." Seiya muttered, rubbing the back of his neck.
Hotaru blinked cutely. "You don't think Setsuna-mama would go on a date with you?"
Seiya looked to the girl. "Er… it's not that…"
"Would you give it up? Usagi-hime's married. Get over it. Setsuna-san is pretty and single, and she would love to date either of you." Yaten said confidently, leaning back into the couch, and pulled Hotaru closer.
"Whatever. You'll owe me 10,000 yen, but the time this is through." Seiya replied, standing up, and heading for his room. He shot Taiki a friendly, but competitive glance.
Taiki simply nodded. Seiya was nice, but he had the intelligence. Perhaps, the Guardian of the Gates would choose mind over muscle…
