Author's Note: This story idea came to me literally ten minutes ago. I was eating a huge piece of chocolate, and the idea just created itself. I'm beginning to really like the Ron/Harry pairing, so why not?
Mouthful of Chocolate
Ron grinned in anticipation. All day, he couldn't wait to devour that bag of chocolate frogs he had gotten from their school trip to Hogsmeade. And now, with class done and the hefty load in his lap, he couldn't have been more content.
His fingers grazed upon his first victim, who squirmed in vain for one last bid of freedom. He popped the frog in his mouth, chewed thoughtfully, and smiled. Nothing could make Ronald Weasley happier than a mouthful of chocolate.
The card in the package boasted the name Falco Aesalon, the first known animagus. Ron had at least ten of him. He tossed the card onto his bed without much concern as he pounced on his second chocolate frog. The more that passed through his lips, the more he desired them.
Before long, Ron had consumed all but one of his treats. He gazed with forlorn at the last parcel, shrugged indifferently and began to unwrap it. His saliva-covered fingers hindered his progress.
"Hey!"
He paused and looked up. Harry had entered the room, looking a little disgruntled.
"You said you were going to share those with me," he whimpered. "And it looks like that's the last one!"
"Yeah, well," Ron mumbled a half-hearted apology and continued to rip away at the cardboard.
"That one should be mine then," Harry pointed out logically, advancing towards Ron.
"But it's the last one!" Ron defended, bringing the chocolate frog to his chest. "Besides, I paid for them fair and square. It's your own fault for not stocking up when you had the chance."
"You promised!" Harry's foot stomped on the ground impatiently.
"Too bad." In one fluid motion, Ron took the frog out of its home and dropped it in his mouth. The liquefaction of the chocolate on his tongue produced a modest smile to tug on his lips.
Harry was visibly displeased, still fuming, Ron assumed. "That was mine," he snapped through gritted teeth.
Ron shook his head mildly, allowing the sweet taste to run its course.
"I'm taking it." Before Harry's proclamation had fully absorbed into Ron's mindset, Harry had sprung. His mouth was suddenly on Ron's, Harry's tongue forcibly separating Ron's lips apart.
Ron made a moan of protest. But like the chocolate in his mouth, it quickly dissolved when he felt Harry's tongue caressing his own, running itself along the walls of Ron's mouth. He moaned again, this time softer, yearning, craving. Harry tasted better than chocolate.
At last, Harry pulled apart, smiling and licking his lips. Ron furrowed a brow.
"You took all my chocolate," he finally realized after conducting an examination of his mouth with his own tongue. Not a trace left.
"Yeah, well, next time buy more. And share some of it with me." With one final smirk, Harry rose from Ron's bed and exited the room.
Oh, yes. Ron was definitely going to buy more chocolate frogs the next time he had the chance. But he wasn't going to share them with Harry. Not in the typical sense, anyhow.
The End
Author's Note: Wow. That was the fastest I've ever written a fan fic. I didn't time it, but less than an hour, no question. Sure, it was short, but still. Completely random too. Reviews are not only welcome, but also encouraged. Oh yeah, Happy Goblet of Fire Day!
