Through Your Eyes
Note: This is a poem! Not all words rhyme though. Set in Syaoran's P.O.V.

Eyes which gleam with sadness,
Eyes which speak of pain,
Eyes which flow with anger,Eyes which pour with rain.
Eyes with all hope gone,
Eyes which wander endlessly,
Eyes which previously shone,
Once with amazing intensity.
Eyes which bloom with joy,
Eyes which sparkle with love,
Eyes which shimmer from a girl or boy,
In between life's push and shove.
Without a complete heart,
And precious memories too,
Your eyes are empty and ripped apart,
For you're not the person I once knew.
For the person I knew laughed her heart out,
And gazed at me with that special smile.
The way she did that funny small pout,
And smiled at me all the while.
Her eyes would cheer me up,
Especially when I was down.
She had oh so much love and luck,
She rightfully deserved the crown.
She called me by my name,
Rather than putting '-Kun' at the end.
She would run after me when I came,
And make sure my injuries were put-a-mend.
Her eyes with a joy that never faded,
No matter how hard things were.
Yet your eyes now never glitter,
Like the way they had done before.
Those times when you cried into my shirt,
Like I was your only friend in the land,
And seeing your pain filled me with hurt,
I wanted to help you, so I held your hand.
How I wish you hadn't come that night,
Upon those Ruins in Clow.
Your perfect eyes were practically white,
In a way I see terribly often now.
But your old feelings have been cast asunder,
I don't know what you're feeling inside.
So instead I gaze at you and wonder
What the world's like through your eyes.
