Location: London Time: 9:00 p.m.
Weather: Stormy
A short girl, at the age of 14, sat at her desk in a small apartment in London. Her hair lay in a mess over all sorts of notes. From the looks of it, the girl had been doing work. A larvitar was asleep next to her. A tall woman poked her head around the door.
"Poor Amelia, she's going to work herself to death one of these days..." Said the woman, Amelia's mother.
The woman draped a quilt over Amelia, and a small blanket over Larvitar.
As the door shut, Amelia's eyes slowly began to open. "Ugh, what time is it?"
She looked at the digital watch on her wrist.
"9:00, great... I took to long of a nap." By this time Amelia's larvitar, Benjamin, had awoken and was already starting to clean up the papers while Amelia complained.
"Another stupid night, another stupid storm, my big stupid life..." Amelia thought to herself.
Little did she know that this would be her last night at home...
Suddenly, Amelia's thoughts were drawn away by a scream from her mother.
"MOM!"
In an instant, her mother had bolted into Amelia's room. The look on Amelia's face full of shock and confusion.
"Amelia,you must leave. Team Plasma is here!" With that, Amelia's mom threw a pokeball down in front of her. "Go Furret!"
In a flash of red light, a small ferret like pokemon appeared. "Ret..." The little brown pokemon cried out.
Amelia's mother pulled Amelia into a hug. "I love you Amelia, be good..."
"But mommy, what does that mean?"
The door suddenly blew up, fragments of the wooden door whizzing by the two females' heads. Amelia gave out a small scream.
"No time, just go." With that, Amelia was shoved through the window in her room. The last thing Amelia saw after that was the tyrannitar charging up a hyper beam before she plunged down from her 3 story building.
With Benjamin in her arms, Amelia plunged into a garbage can, losing conciousness.
