The Content of Blood and Character

It was any other day for Hermione Granger. She was just leaving her Potions class, which, unfortunately included Draco Malfoy, when she walked past him, she heard a whispered, "Mudblood."

At that moment, Hermione just lost it. "That's Enough! I want to know something Malfoy. What makes you better than me. And I wasn't asking about your blood or your ancestors, YOU. What makes YOU better than any other person on the face of the planet. You know there was a man named Martin Luther King. You know what he said? He said, 'I have a dream, that one day people would be judged not by the color of their skin, but the content of their character.' And you separate between those with pure-blood and those that don't. And you know what! I'll show you your blood." At that, Hermione threw a punch straight at his nose, breaking it, and spurting blood all over the hall. "There's your Fuckin' Blood! Don't you see! You bleed the same as anyone else, and that's all blood is!"
