I stand in the back of the Great Hall, watching them all try to go on with their lives. Never could I have imagined my death would have this much of an effect on people. It's hard to watch my old table just sitting there lifelessly. No one's eating anything and the faces are blank and dark; the only thought keeping them going is knowing I won the tournament for them. It's a good way to die, you know, to go out with a bang.

My eyes can't help but to wonder over to the Ravenclaws who don't look near as bad as Hufflepuff... except for one. A dark haired girl sat at the far end away from them all. Her face was red with tear stains and the expression she carried was lost. I really wish I could've gotten to know dear Cho better but Voldemort saw to that.

I walk up to her, knowing there's nothing I can do, but still I stand behind her and gently put my hands on her shoulders, staring down at her once beautiful hair which is now a complete mess like the rest of her is since she heard the news from the stands. I never expected her to stop crying but she did. The sniveling stopped and she looked as if she'd realized something. Her hand found her way to mine but yet she did not turn to look for me. Dumbledore's words began echoing through the Great Hall.

"Remember Cedric. Remember, if the time should come when you have to make a choice between what is right and what is easy, remember what happened to a boy who was good, and kind, and brave, because he strayed across the path of Lord Voldemort. Remember Cedric Diggory."

She rested her head against our joined hands and together we stood united for one last time.
