A\N: This is my first Evangelion fanfic, and it'll be Kaworu + Asuka, hope you like it.

Disclaimer: I don't own Evangelion, GAINAX does; though I'd like to own Asuka and Zeruel (I liked that angel, but it had a very PAINFUL death)

Love between a Angel and a Devil Chapter 1- The first meeting

We begin in a dark room, a boy about 8 years old is standing in the middle, several monolites appear surronding him.

"Kyoko Zepellin Sohryu has finally died..." Seele 04 said

"...and her soul is finally in Unit 02" Seele 06 finished

"Everything is going as we planned" Seele 03 said

"May I ask something to this comitee?" Seele 02 asked

"What is it?" Seele 01 asked

"It wouldn't be wise if one of the pilots was on our side?" Seele 02 stated to all

"What do you mean?" Seele 07 asked suspiciosly

"Kyoko left a 7-year-old daughter..." Seele 02 started to explain

"And so?" Seele 11 interrupted him

"She has been designated to be Eva-02's pilot" He continued

"Tell me how can we make her to cooperate with us" Seele 01 said

"He is the answer" Seele 02 talked about the boy

"Me?" The boy asked

"You must get near to the girl in order to make her your friend" Seele 02 spkoe to the boy

"And the reason is?" The boy asked again

"For our scenario to be fulfilled" Seele 01 said to the boy

"I understand" He said as they left "I'll see that Lillim girl closely"

When the lights turned on, you could clearly see the boy. He had gray hair, a pale skin and red eyes

In Germany, a time after

"Get away from me!" A little girl yelled "Let me mego, I don't need anyone!"

Then she ran to a near park and then she fell to the floor

"Mama, why did yu leave me?" The girl asked

Meanwhile at the distance

"So, this is the Lillim girl" The boy said "She seems so lonely"

"Maybe I can help her" He said as he went directly to her

Back with the girl

"Mama..please, comeback" The girl said, trying not to cry, but faling miserably "Mama!"

"Are you sad?" The boy asked to the girl

"THAT'S NOT OF YOUR BUSSINESS!" She shouted to him

"I'd like it to be" The boy said as he seated next her

"What do you want?" She asked to him

"I'd want to help you" The boy answered

"You wouldn't know what I'm passing through!" She yelled and punched him, he didn't even flinched

"Then tell me to prove it" He said in a soothing voice

The girl was touched, so she explained to him

"My father left me, and my mother died" She explained to him

"And you think that you are the only onethat has passed through that?" He asked

"What?" She asked surprised

"Both of my parents died in a car crash when I was 4 years old" He said, but even if he was sad, he had a smile on his face

"Did you hate your parents?" She asked puzzled

"No, I didn't" He said, a tear running from his eye

"Then why can you have a smile in your face when you talk about your parents?" She was so confused, he passed the same as her, but he always had a smile in his face, even when she punched him, it didn't change

"Because I don't want to be sad, I want to live happily" He responded to her question

"Wow, I didn't know that" The girl said to him "I don't know, but when I talk to you, I feel a lot better"

"My name is Sohryu Asuka Langley, and yours?" Asuka asked to the boy

"Mine is Nagisa Kaworu, nice to meet you, Asuka" Kaworu said with a smile
