I wasn't even going to post this up since it probably doesn't have anything to do with the cartoon or the romance in it but then I was like what the hell I'll post it. So here it is. Now it doesn't really mention the pairings and I'll leave that to your choosing.

Inuyasha and co. doesn't belong to me and never will. Enjoy.

The smile in me I never knew

He laughed. Couldn't help it, he just did. A long time ago it would've seem unusual for that to happen but now it would just be weird if he didn't.

He paused, a small frown overcoming his ever handsome features. He owed it all to her. To that girl. Through out his life he had encountered women but she was just different.

Too different. Yeah that was it. She wasn't normal. How could he explain it? She was unique in her own special way. Even from a distance one could see that. She was so mature, so grown up but if you knew how to search, how to look, you would find a lovely young girl waiting to love and be loved.

And he found it. She had more than willingly opened up to him and with open arms he had embraced that opportunity. He was glad he did. Without her in his life he probably wouldn't be this new self.

He was different now. Sure he could be a jerk every now and then because he couldn't accept the fact that someone so perfect as her could love him in return. Recently though she had made her point clear. She loved him even with all his imperfections.

Not only was she beautiful through the inside but the outside as well. She had medium dark brown tresses that in the light seemed to shine lighter. Her chocolate eyes were like windows into her soul, so expressive and emotional. And that smile of hers. God, how he loved that smile. The source of all his existence was to see that smile smiling up at him. Now it couldn't get any better than that, yet it could.

He smiled. And his complexions lighten up. Yeap, he had been doing that an awfully lot lately. Smiling. She had done that. It was all her fault. She was guilty of that new sensation he had so long ago gotten rid of. But yet it was back and apparently she was making sure it would be for the rest of eternity.

He watched her approach him smiling that smile intended for no one but him. Yeap he was in love and as she came closer snapping at him about being a lazy old jerk he stood up and twirled her in his arms, content in hearing the musical sound of her laughter, he smiled. He smiled that smile that he never knew he had.

It's corny, so what? I liked it. And I'll really like to know what you think so review. Thank you
