There once was a land far away
Where there lay a baby girl.
Born of a demonic father
Who was out to destroy the world.
When she was older, the prophets told
Of her to be a portal;
In which her father would rise again
And destroy of all things mortal.
She fled to earth in hope to be free
Not knowing what to find,
But she found a group of friends
All them loving, caring, and kind.
And on that fateful night,
On the day of her sixteenth year,
She'd have to face that burden
Of which she couldn't bear.
She'd have to face their death and sorrow,
She'd have to face their morn,
And yet she still asks the same old question,
"Why was she ever born?"
Yet her friends still stayed with her through and through
Still faithfully by her side.
Even when her father came
They'd never run and hide.
Because believing they could win, they fought for her
Until her father's fall.
And now you know the story
Of that of a Raven's call.
