A little TOO real.
"Time to turn the computer off!"
"Kay!"
I wish Rune Scape was real. . .
It was Scott's dream to be able to live in a real world like Rune Scape. Much like the dreams of many other fans.
Scott obsessed over Rune Scape. He knew all about the game, from goblins to dragons and bronze daggers to granite mauls. He had defeated almost all the quests and was level 73. He was almost a master, but he wanted more. He wanted to live in Rune Scape.
Unknown to many, Jagex was working on a way to allow players to "live" the game. First they needed the server capacity. They created a computer cluster that, when finished, was rivaled by only a few; namely, Google. Next they needed a way to get players to the world.
Jagex created Portal Suits. Players would don these suits and open their eyes in a new world; the world of Rune Scape. The suits would be a little too expensive for the players so they would be housed in Rune Scape stores called RS-cafes. players would come to these cafes and don the suits in order to play RS3, more formally called "Rune Scape: Planes."
Jagex waited until they had a store built in every mall and shopping center in America and in other nations across the world. Then they had one huge press release and opened all the RS-cafes three days later. Anyone that played Rune Scape would be there. . .
