This morning was not a morning unlike any other day in the Tracy household, except for three things. First off all of the boys were home, being that Brains and Fermat were in TB5. Secondly Jeff was gone on a business trip in Australia. And thirdly a Tracy was missing breakfast! This was unheard of a, Tracy never missed a meal. Guess who was still sleeping though? Alan. So, of course, Gordon starts to get up from the table to go get him only to have Virgil pull him back down.
"What are you doing you twit? Let him miss breakfast…" Virgil hissed
"Huh? Why would we do that?" said Gordon, clueless as ever.
"Are you that seriously that dense Gordon? MORE FOR US!" yelled John
Everyone just kind of sat there staring at John. All of them thinking 'And he's supposed to be the calm, reasonable, and selfless one?' So, they all just ate breakfast, leaving none for Alan. After breakfast they went out to the pool and play a few games of water volleyball. By the time they were finished it was time for Lunch, so they dried off and went back into the kitchen for Lunch. Alan still wasn't there, but they just figured, more for them. Then, when Lunch was finished they went off to do various activities.
Around 3:25 P.M. Alan woke up. When he realized what time it was he mumbled, "Sweet." And being the teenager that he is, he sought out fellow teenaged company. In other words, he went to see if Tintin was awake. Of course though, she being a teenager as well wasn't. So, Alan woke her up, and after she slapped him for being in her room, asked her if she wanted to go eat Fruity Pebbles, using oversized spoons mind you, and watch cartoons.
Her response was a mumbled, "Sweet."
They without getting dressed, went downstairs and got; 3 bowls, incase they threw one at the TV in a moment of anger, 3 spoons, incase a spoon was in the bowl they threw, 2 mega boxes of Fruity Pebbles, because they didn't wanna run out of Fruity Pebbles, and a huge gallon of milk, so they wouldn't have to eat dry cereal.
After getting those things they set them down in the living room. Then they proceeded to Alan's room to get his comforter, because his is the softest and cuddliest in the house. After that they went to Tintin's room to get her stuffed animals, because she wanted them. Finally, they went to Scott's room and took his pillows, just to see Scott get pissed.
Later on, around 4:00 PM, Gordon walked by the family room. Only to see Alan in his green plaid boxers (a/n: Like the ones he was wearing in the movie.) and Tintin in her Blue polar bear top that said "I need a bear hug", and her matching blue polar bear fleece bottoms watching the Flintstones while eating Fruity Pebbles underneath Alan's comforter on the couch. (a/n: Don't you love my sense on humor?) 'The couch which is cover with stuffed animals and Scott's pillows, topped off with Alan's comforter. Wow, it looks cozy' Gordon thought.
"Why the hell are you two watching an episode of the Flintstones while eating Fruity pebbles at 4 'o clock in your pjs?" Gordon asked.
"Hey, don't knock it till you try it." Alan said.
"Is that an invitation to join you two?" Gordon said slyly.
"Yup" Tintin and Alan said together.
With that said Gordon stripped down to his boxers, grabbed the extra bowl and spoon, filled his bowl with the cereal and milk that was sitting there, and sat down on Alan's left side.(From left to Right as if you were looking at them in a picture: Tintin, Alan, Gordon.) After Gordon sat down Alan covered him with the comforter and leaned his head on his sholder.
"By the way, it's a marathon."
