Edward shoved his gun in his pocket and rushed out the door, the emergency bell still ringing a harsh repeating tone that would make any normal untrained Ragae soldier's ears bleed. Ed met up with some of his other soldiers and they ran to the lobby to get their mission.

As they entered the crowded room one Ragae leader walked around checking to see if anyone was missing or had tried to run away as another started to announcer their emergency "We have just heard word that there is a massive group of men that have been shooting innocent civilians ... I know we usually let take care of something like this but apparently this group has shot down about thirty four policemen so they refuse to let anymore of them get sent to their death. So get ready to leave and go see where you are positioned. Oh yes and Edward you will not be going on this mission so come to see me after." Edward smacked his hand to his head "Why me ... out of everyone in this Ragae section?" he mumbled as he went to go see what the leader wanted.

Some soldiers stood in line with machine guns, those were the people who had the hardest positions on the field but Ed managed to get harder. Most people in Ragae looked up to him because of this. "Hello sir, what is it you want" Ed said saluting his leader and the leader nodded slightly in response "I have another mission for you" he said while waving a servant away "I am going to give you a partner, but this partner is not going to be from any Ragae section" Ed was surprised, they normally didn't do things like that because it was one way to leak information "Don't worry where this soldier comes from is an ally so they know almost everything about us and our situation" Ed nodded signaling him that he had understood and for him to continue "You will be sent to an island off the coast of Brazil which is unknown to most of the world, your job is to find out what's living there" Ed looked at him, shocked "But that's too easy can't you give that to a minor" the leader looked at him fiercely "and kill it" he growled which made Ed shrink back "There are rumbles coming from the island and when skilled soldiers go out ot search for the source they never return and if the rumors are true then there is some sort of non human thing living there" the leader ended the conversation with a nod "Sir may I have the files containing the data about my partner?" Ed asked "Oh yes thank you for reminding me" he handed Ed a file that read 'MIS' in big bold letters. Edward sighed then turned and walked back to his dorm.

Ed placed his gun on his desk then plopped on his bed then opened the file and it read:

Ed froze "A ... Girl" he stammered "But ... I thought this mission was dangerous ..." Ed sadly enough was not good with girls considering the fact that he was born in Ragae which is a male secret soldier academy located in Southern California ... to make a long story short it was back up for the police when they get wimpier out. he had not even heard about girls until one year after he learned how to speak. Ed looked at Melissa's file some more. She was really powerful and had lots of experience. After reading the file over about five times he got tired and went to get something to eat.
