I'm in the mood for rice
It's sticky and it's oh so sweet
Kanna rice is really neat

Heaven is in the rice
Seven Kami are in each grain
Oh isn't it plain

I'll die just for some rice
My stomach's all aglow
I've now had seconds twice

If there's a bandit near
